you need a better camera for recording video and then I am all about cooking lessons with Bob! How did it turn out in the end, could you get past the fact that you were eating cute little bunny?

I had no problem eating a cute little bunny. It's a cliche, but it's true. It tasted like chicken only it was a little tough. I don't think I cooked it slow enough. I braised it after browning it, but it kept boiling instead of simmering. Tarragon sauce was DELICIOUS though...

I haven't had rabbit a lot in my life but have always liked it when I did. Tarragon with it soulds like a good idea. I always found the meat a bit spicy.
